Suited to those planning ahead or newly responsible for an estate. Concludes with a written summary and clear next steps.

Probate & Estate Administration

Careful assistance through probate and the administration of an estate. We prepare documentation, liaise with relevant parties, and guide the executor through their duties step by step. We keep communication gentle and clear during a sensitive period, updating the family at each meaningful stage.

Typical timeline
Straightforward probate in Thailand typically takes three to six months. Matters involving disputes or complex assets may take longer. We provide a realistic estimate once we have reviewed the estate.
Inheritance Dispute Representation

Considered legal support where an inheritance matter is contested. Includes case assessment, preparation, negotiation, and representation, all handled with sensitivity to family relationships. We set realistic expectations, explain each step, and aim wherever possible for outcomes that preserve dignity and minimise conflict.

All legal work is conducted by Thai Bar Association-registered lawyers. Registration is maintained current at all times.
Transparent Fee Disclosure
Service fees are stated before you commit. Where additional costs may arise, we advise in advance and obtain agreement before incurring them.
Regular Communication
We update clients when something has happened that they need to know about — not on a fixed billing schedule.
Conflict of Interest Policy
We decline instructions where a conflict of interest exists and advise clients honestly when this arises — before any engagement begins.
Written Advice as Standard
Verbal advice is always confirmed in writing. Every substantive consultation produces a written summary that the client keeps.
