These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and, together with our engagement letter, the provision of legal services by Moradok Law. Please read them carefully. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, we are glad to explain them before you proceed.
1. About Moradok Law
Moradok Law is a registered legal practice in Thailand, specialising in inheritance and estate matters. Our registered office is at 210 Rama IV Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We operate under the regulations of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and applicable Thai law.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for general informational purposes. By accessing and using it, you agree to the following:

4. Engagement of Legal Services
A formal legal services relationship with Moradok Law is established only when:
- We have confirmed in writing that we are able to act for you in the relevant matter; and
- You have received and agreed to our engagement letter, which sets out the scope of work, fees, and applicable terms.
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute engagement. We will review your enquiry and respond to let you know how we may assist.
5. Our Services
We currently offer three principal services for inheritance and estate matters:
Will & Estate Consultation ฿4,700
An initial consultation to understand your wishes or an estate's situation. Concludes with a written summary and clear next steps.
Probate & Estate Administration ฿10,000
Assistance through probate and estate administration, including documentation, liaison, and guidance for executors.
Inheritance Dispute Representation ฿17,800
Legal support where an inheritance matter is contested, including case assessment, preparation, negotiation, and representation.
Fees shown are indicative starting prices. The full fee for any engagement will be confirmed in your engagement letter. Fees are subject to applicable Thai taxes.
6. Fees and Payment
Specific fee arrangements will be set out in the engagement letter for your matter. The following general terms apply:
- Fees are payable as set out in the engagement letter, typically in advance of or concurrent with the work described.
- Out-of-pocket disbursements (court fees, translation costs, official registration fees) are charged separately and itemised.
- We accept bank transfer and other payment methods confirmed in the engagement letter.
- In the event of a dispute about fees, we ask that you raise the matter with us directly in the first instance. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared by clients with strict confidence. Our professional obligations under Thai law and legal ethics rules require us to protect client information and to use it only in connection with the matter for which it was disclosed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further detail on how we handle personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, structure, design, and images — is the property of Moradok Law or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. You may print or save a single copy of any page for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law:
- We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your reliance on general information on this website where no formal engagement exists.
- We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.
- Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Complaints
We take all concerns seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at [email protected] or by post to our Bangkok office. We will acknowledge your concern within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For matters already under formal engagement, the terms in your engagement letter apply.
